Lo spazio esterno, dotato di piscina, fuoco a legna e porticato è disseminato di piccoli angoli sorprendenti, arredati con panchine, sdraio e tavoli che si affacciano sulle diverse straordinarie prospettive del paesaggio circostante.
L'ospite de "Il Carro del Colle" si troverà immerso nella natura, coccolato da un'accoglienza cordiale ma riservata.
Per la felicità dei bambini poi, ci sono tutti gli animali della fattoria e, per i più golosi, i prodotti enogastronomici di produzione autoctona.
